Well here it is on a Saturday and I'm just trying to get some extra things done to make our customer experience exceptional.
We recently moved into our new warehouse and are working on getting everything squared away for the upcoming back-to-school, Halloween, and Christmas seasons. Look for many changes to our website (including an easier to use and find search feature), customer service, product-line, and prices. We want to make Blacklight.com and the blacklight experience more interactive. You may have already noticed our site is super-fast compared to others and the easier more relevant navigation. We believe in making it easy for our customers. That means a dedicated T1 line for our site so that the pages and pictures load as fast as your computer can handle it.
So, we are putting in extra time on Saturdays getting your orders out to the Post Office or ready for UPS on Monday, to make sure you get your items as fast as possible. Please let us know how we're doing. Give any suggestions that come to mind. We look forward to reading all the comments.
